About this role
Appristine is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing client requirements, defining project scope, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital products. Your ability to translate business problems into actionable technical requirements will directly contribute to client satisfaction and project success.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Translate functional requirements into clear user stories, wireframes, or technical specifications.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure alignment.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT sessions in Agile environments.
• Prepare project documentation, BRDs, SRS documents, and workflow diagrams.
• Support solution design, risk analysis, and scope management.
• Act as the liaison between clients and the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in writing test cases and validating deliverables against requirements.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software, or digital product environments.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Figma, or similar.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software, or digital product environments.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum practices.
