About this role
Appristine is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee software and digital product development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll be working closely with clients, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage multiple software development projects from initiation to delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Monitor and manage project risks, scope changes, and quality assurance.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and ensure proper handoffs across teams.
• Ensure clear communication, alignment, and accountability across stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in project management within a software or IT environment.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, MS Project, etc.).
• 3–7 years of experience in project management within a software or IT environment.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
