About this role
Appristine is seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales of our software development and digital transformation services. You’ll work closely with internal teams to pitch solutions that solve real-world challenges and add measurable value to clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, pursue, and generate new business leads in domestic and international markets.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate IT services, including web/mobile app development, ERP/CRM solutions, AI, and cloud services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential growth sectors.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align offerings with client requirements.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
• Maintain a CRM system to track interactions, leads, and opportunities.
• Represent Appristine at industry events, online meetings, and networking opportunities.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in IT or SaaS).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services and software development life cycle.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace.
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in IT or SaaS).
