About this role

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERPNext functionalities and business processes, combined with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical users. You will be responsible for creating training plans, conducting sessions, and ensuring high user adoption rates to maximize the value of our ERP implementation.

Develop Training Materials: Create comprehensive training materials, including user manuals, SOPs, step-by-step guides, FAQs, and video tutorials.
Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging and tailored training workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions, both in-person and remotely, to end-users.
Module Training: Provide in-depth training on ERPNext modules, including Accounting & Finance, Stock & Inventory, Sales & Purchasing, Manufacturing, and HRMS.
Assess Learning Needs: Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and customize training programs according to the organization's unique workflows and customizations.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess user proficiency after training and conduct follow-up sessions to ensure high user adoption and engagement.
Support & Documentation: Provide ongoing post-training support, troubleshoot user issues, and document system workflows for internal knowledge bases.
System Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest ERPNext and Frappe Framework features.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven experience as an ERP Trainer or ERPNext Consultant (typically 2-5+ years).
ERPNext Proficiency: Deep, hands-on knowledge of the ERPNext platform and core modules (Accounting/HR/Inventory).
Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of business processes, data migration, and the Frappe framework.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
